Put quite simply, the Society is unique - the only professional Membership body in the UK that brings together all those involved in any way or capacity with Resourcing through their work.

Throughout its history, the Society has worked to bring people together. It has always been a welcoming and inclusive, rather than exclusive, forum where everyone (on an individual or corporate level) with a professional interest in best practice and innovation in recruitment can meet and hear the latest news, trends and developments. We transcend and collaborate with, rather than compete with, other related and specific Professional Trade or other Associations.

As our profile has grown over the years, so we have become a national voice on Resourcing issues, both in the media and at Parliamentary level.
