Peter started his career in advertising over 25 years ago, working as an advertising executive at the Birmingham Post and Mail, moving onto Business Pages, Country Life Magazine and finally the Builder Group.
So in 1989 Peter started RAA Sprague Gibbons founded on the principles of good service and clear pricing and creativity that wouldn't break the bank.
RAA grew to become one of the most highly respected Recruitment Ad agencies in the UK and was subsequently sold in 2008 in a £multi-million deal .In April 2010 Peter formed Genius Consultancy with John Langford (Ex  CEO and founder of TCS) and Janice Rae (Ex Group Account Director of RAA)  to offer a more intelligent approach to recruitment advertising and Communications. Genius provides a very high level of tactical input and personal service to clients for whom staying one step ahead in the recruitment market is critical to their performance.
Peter is also on the Exec committee of one of the UK's oldest rugby clubs - Clifton Rugby .
When he's not working, Pete's a passionate sportsman and loves skiing, cycles thousands of miles a year mainly for charity events (the most recent being Pedal for Prostrate). He also plays squash, and is keen at clay pigeon shooting. Oh and he quite likes fast cars...
