The British Army recruits around 16,000 people every year. From chaplains to infantry soldiers, vets to metal-smiths the recruiting challenge is great. Drastic cuts in their recruitment budget but no drop in the recruitment numbers has meant that they have had to change their approach to recruiting radically.
This session will focus on the ways in which the Army has responded to the challenge of tighter budgets and new media opportunities and is sure to highlight plenty of useful tips for recruiters in any sector in these challenging economic times.
