Recruiting for a Virtual Environment

Google needs no introduction. As electronic communication has advanced and matured to the point where service delivery has taken over from hardware and operating systems as the main element of customer focus, so Google have benefited from these developments.
Recruiting for a virtual environment is different to traditional forms of recruiting, and candidates have different expectations. Or do they? Does Google have a different approach to recruitment and HR?
Luke will be joined by Dan McGuire of Broadbean who provides a specialised Online Recruitment facility and service to Online Recruiters. His platform has been widely accepted by large parts of the online community.
We are indeed privileged to be able to welcome Google and Broadbean to the Recruitment Society for what should be a fascinating insight into the future of recruitment.
As usual, the meeting will be preceded by drinks from 6.00 pm and will finish at about 7.45, to be followed by drinks, nibbles and networking.
