It has for over 100 years brought its combination of outstanding beauty products and direct distribution to millions of customers and it is brilliantly successful -.Avon is now a $12 billion corporation under the leadership of its CEO Andrea Jung and its share price has risen 30% in the last two years.
Avon describes itself as ‘the company for women' and is dedicated to helping its 6 million Representatives in 135 countries to transform their lives.
Everyone knows the Avon Representative but fewer know the Avon Associate. Anne Gill's presentation will describe the need for this development, the distinguishing characteristics of the Associates' role, their motivations and their aspirations. She will also outline the Employer Brand process Avon have followed on this current project
Anne will be introduced by Simon Barrow, co author with Richard Mosley of ‘The Employer Brand - bringing the best of brand management to people at work' and creator of the EB concept. He is a past Chair of the Recruitment Society.
